To inform you of our purchase of out modular home. In the beginning, when my wife and I were considering purchasing a modular home, we were very skeptical. We had heard horror stories from other people about BAD things that happened to them when they bought a modular home. IE: getting service,updates,repairs etc. My wife and I are happy to tell you we have NO nightmares with the home we purchased from Morganti Homes. Your people in Casper, WY. John Sr. & John Jr. were most helpful in their knowledge of your product and helped us get it right!! Their presentation convinced us and the rest is history. We ordered the Model 283 Premier and in 5 weeks it was delivered to our REMOTE location, the set crew arrived a week later and immediately an inside man was on the job, The a/c unit was installed, a factory person came twice in 1 week and all was complete and we were living in our house 11 weeks from purchase.
